and Frost

Once upon a time there lived a little girl whose name was Lily. She lived in the country with her family and her beautiful white horse, Frost, who was really a Unicorn! After dark, Frost grew a tall, shimmering horn.

One night when Lily came out of the house to ride, she looked in Frost's stall and let out a scream! Frost was missing, and on the side of the stall was a note:

Lily,
I took Frost and after midnight I will feed him to my
dragon. My dragon will grow strong and you will
never see Frost again.
Wahaha!

Yours truly,
Dr. Canatapus

After Lily finished reading the letter, she ran to her room and grabbed a bag with a first aid kit, flashlights, and some food for Lily and Frost. Last but not least, Lily took a bag of Frost's favorite treats.

Lily's mother was a horse trainer, so Lily took one of her mom's school horses named Mischief (who rightfully earned her name).

Lily and Mischief galloped into the moonlit field, running as fast as their legs could carry them. Finally, they reached Dr. Cantapus' evil lair.

The lair was made out of hay!

Mischief took a big bite out of the wall and made a gap big enough for Lily to climb through. Lily hopped through the hole and came out in the dungeon where Frost was. Lily wrapped her arms around Frost's silky neck, then gave Frost some water from her thermos and some oats.

Dr. Canatapus came stumbling down the stairs with a green scaly dragon with a spike collar.

Lily froze in her tracks!

Lily quickly jumped on Frost and ran out of the hole in the wall, which was steadily getting bigger thanks to Mischief.

As they ran away, the evil lair collaped, and that was the last that anyone saw of Dr. Canatapus and his green scaly dragon.

The End
